As part of our service, calls handled by your AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed. These recordings are used to train and improve your AI agent, monitor quality, and provide you with call summaries. You are responsible for informing your callers that calls may be recorded, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in delivering our service (such as telephony providers, cloud infrastructure, and AI processing services). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
